Emmerdale fans call out glaring blunder after Billy Fletcher's violent fight in the shop | The Sun

EMMERDALE fans have called out a glaring blunder after Billy Fletcher's violent fight in the shop.

Wednesday's episode of the ITV soap saw Billy clash with Aaron Dingle, after the latter goaded him about wife Dawn.

He asked: "What do you get a woman whose got everything?"

Billy said she didn't have everything, but a smirking Aaron continued: "Must be close. Gonorrhoea? Syphilis? Chlamydia?"

Billy then launched himself at Aaron, and the pair started brawling in the shop as a helpless Eric Pollard could only watch on and call for them to stop.

The men pushed each other into the displays and food stands, before Billy punched Aaron in the face, cutting open his eyebrow.

In return, Aaron grabbed Billy and smacked his head down onto a ledge, busting his nose.

The fight only stopped when Billy's father-in-law Will arrived and got between them.

But once Billy had returned home and revealed his bloodied face to a shocked Dawn, some Emmerdale viewers were left baffled.

Taking to X – formerly Twitter – one wrote: "Has Billy had a fight with a lamppost on the way home, his face looked nowhere near as bad when he left the shop?"
