KIM Kardashian has looked unrecognizable in a new behind-the-scenes clip of American Horror Story.
The highly anticipated 11th season of the horror series premieres on September 20.
In a new clip posted on American Horror Story's Instagram account, fans got a behind-the-scenes look at Kim's, 42, scenes in the very first teaser.
The video began with a scene from the show where Kim asked while talking on her phone: "What's your biggest fear?"
It then cut to Kim looking completely unrecognizable as she prepared to film.
The Hulu star had ice-blond eyebrows with long and thick eyelashes and some white eyeshadow to match her long blond hair.
She also had on bright red lipstick.
"These lashes were sitting on the counter and I almost screamed cause I thought it was a spider," Kim laughed, "I'm so afraid of spiders."
While Kim was talking, a clip of the star showed her holding her pregnant belly, which turned out to be a large spider.
The mom of four then said: "We are on the set of American Horror Story: Delicate. This show is so different and scary. Anytime you try something, you just have to have the intention of growing and challenging yourself and you just kinda release and have fun."

The video continued to tease Kim's bizarre look as she was surrounded by women in blond wigs who were synchronized dancing.
Kim stood in the middle while rocking a baby with a giant spider web around her.
MIXED REACTIONS
Since the reveal that Kim was going to be in the newest season alongside Emma Roberts and Cara Delevingne, fans shared their positive and negative opinions.
In the latest clip's comment sections, many fans were excited – and some were not.
One fan said: "Kim is going to EAT this role up!"
"Cannot wait !!! It’s going to be good as much as people like to hate on Kim, she doesn’t settle for mediocrity, she killed it I just know it," admitted a second.
A third person exclaimed: "I’ll tell you the truth. I have never watched AHS once. My mom used to love and rave about it. But I will be tuning in to this season just for @kimkardashian ! So take that for what you will! I’m actually excited!"
Meanwhile, harsh critics also shared their thoughts.
"AHS standards are low .. Not as they were in beginning with real iconic actors . Too bad .. not bothered to watch it looks redundant," one person commented.
Another critic said: "love AHS but I just can’t stand her. I really don’t feel like watching."
"Bad choice, the Kardashians are boring," wrote a third.
HER OTHER ROLES
This isn't the first movie Kim has been featured in.
Perhaps nothing embarrasses Kim more than her role in the 2008 comedy film, Disaster Movie.
In her film debut, Kim portrayed a woman named Lisa.
Unfortunately for Kim's character, she was killed by a falling asteroid.
