Inside Ronan Keating's huge renovation plans at £5m mansion as he builds massive garage to house £1m supercar collection | The Sun
THE ONE Show host Ronan Keating has been given the green light to build a huge garage for his cars at his £5million mansion.
Ronan, 46, recently requested permission to build the 32 x 22-foot structure for his collection of supercars on the four-acre property in Hertfordshire.
They include a £200,000 McLaren 650S, a £100,000 Mercedes G-Wagen, and a Land Rover Defender.
The former Boyzone singer claimed his family struggled to enter their home without getting drenched in the winter.
But in order to avoid obstructing expansive views of the nearby countryside, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, he applied to construct a 12ft tall open-sided canopy.
The TV personality is thought to be living with his Australian wife Storm, 41, and their young children Cooper, six, and Coco, three.

Ronan shares Missy, 22, and Jack, 24, with his ex-wife Yvonne Connolly – but they live away from home.
Ronan's planning agent told the local council: "With small children, buggies, shopping, etc, the family have found it difficult during the wetter months not having any kind of cover, plus the vehicles have no protection from the elements all year round."
The couple first purchased the home back in 2016 but made the decision to knock it down and start again after being told that the plumbing and electrical would need replacing, and that the structure was shoddy.
The new structure went down in 2019 and they have been working on it since then.
