Snoop Dogg Drops Rare Track With 'Doggystyle (30th Anniversary Edition)' Album
Snoop Dogg celebrates 30 years of his debut album Doggystyle with a brand new edition.
The anniversary reissue arrives with the original tracklisting and the rare and long-sought after track “Gz Up Hoes Down,” which was exclusively available on the album’s initial 100,000 units during the album’s initial release in November 1993. The record also arrives on vinyl in special color variants, including a gold foil cover and clear/cloudy blue vinyl via Walmart, a clear and black smoke vinyl via Amazon and a green and black smoke vinyl via indie retailers.
“This month marks 30 years since the release of my debut album, Doggystyle, I’m so blessed to still be here doin’ my thing,” said Snoop. “For the Anniversary, I’m excited to release the album including the full OG track list from 1993. Thank you to all my loved ones and fans for riding with me all these years, and I look forward to the next 30. Love ya’ll!”
