<\/p>\nKHLOE Kardashian has worked hard for the figure she actively parades on social media. <\/p>\n
The Good American founder, 39, shared with fans online an exercise machine that she loved to incorporate into her workout routine. <\/p>\n

On Friday, Khloe took to her Instagram account to promote an indoor rowing machine from the brand Hydro.<\/p>\n
She filmed the clip that was shared on the social media platform sitting on the machine as it was stationed in her $17 million mansion's living room. <\/p>\n
Behind the mom of two was a large snow-covered Christmas tree that had yet to be decorated. <\/p>\n
Khloe was definitely dressed for exercise, sporting an olive green tank top, matching leggings, and white sneakers. <\/p>\n
Her long blonde hair was pulled into a neat ponytail, making her chiseled clavicle and muscular arms visible.<\/p>\n The Hulu star's lean legs were also apparent due to the way her leggings clung to her frame. <\/p>\n Wanting her supporters to get in shape too, Khloe encouraged fans to buy the indoor rowing machine. <\/p>\n "I love my @hydrow rowing machine and I want to make sure you guys can also get yourself or someone you love something special with a little treat from me," she wrote. <\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n "While it\u2019s now the lowest price of the year, I\u2019m giving everyone an additional $100 off with code KHLOEVIP. Come row with me \ud83d\udda4 #hydrow #hydrowambassador.<\/p>\n A rowing machine isn't the only thing Khloe has at her at-home gym.<\/p>\n In April, Khloe shared a series of snaps from inside her gym.<\/p>\n First, she filmed a black-and-white video of her and daughter True Thompson's cat, Grey Kitty, stretching while perched on a piece of equipment.<\/p>\n She followed that up with a photo of herself standing sideways in front of a wall of mirrors with several machines and a large TV behind her.<\/p>\n Khloe wore a simple black hoodie and black leggings in the photo.<\/p>\n Khloe then posted a video of herself walking on a treadmill, chatting about how challenging it was for her to get out of bed and work out.<\/p>\n "I get up early all the time but 4:30, 5am is brutal for me. I can do 6am. I don't know why this is so much harder. But we'll see how it goes," she said while walking.<\/p>\n "Happy Friday. God bless."<\/p>\n It appears she was able to dig deep and find some motivation because her next post showed her doing an intense exercise to work out her biceps.<\/p>\n In the post, she pointed out to fans how she was able to get in a workout while watching her kids.<\/p>\n She drew an arrow to a baby monitor sitting on a piece of equipment and wrote: "Me watching my babies on my baby monitor but still getting it in before the Friday craziness."<\/p>\n Khloe's\u00a0muscles were on full display\u00a0during her difficult workout and fans were left stunned.<\/p>\n The video showed Khloe pulling weights over her head.<\/p>\n She was seen wearing a tiny blue tank top and tight leggings, showing off her thin frame.<\/p>\n Her blonde hair was pulled into a ponytail in the clip.<\/p>\n Khloe's muscles were fully defined with each pull.<\/p>\n Khloe is no stranger to inviting fans to have a look at her gym workout; however, it has also led to some concern.<\/p>\n Previously, the TV star stirred up some worries after she showed off her\u00a0shrinking butt and concave stomach\u00a0inside her home gym at her\u00a0home.<\/p>\n In the snap, Khloe was in a skintight white sports bra, black sweatshirt, and black leggings.<\/p>\n![](\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Tm-comp-Sunsavers-1.jpg\")
