Royals bow to Charles at Coronation Concert<\/h3>\n

Taylor Swift fans took to X with fury after Royal journalist Omid Scobie claimed the songstress opted out of performing at King Charles\u2019 coronation.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Omid recently released an \u201cexplosive\u201d new book, Endgame which is said to be an investigative look into the \u201ccurrent state of the British monarchy.\u201d<\/p>\n

As well as the alleged ongoing feud among the royal family, the author discussed one of the biggest events this year following Queen Elizabeth\u2019s tragic 2022 death.<\/p>\n

In May, millions watched as her oldest son Charles succeeded the throne and welcomed his new title as King.<\/p>\n

After the ceremony, a star-studded concert took place with performances from Andrea Bocelli, Lionel Richie, Take That, and Katy Perry. According to Omid, Taylor was supposed to be among the line-up.<\/p>\n

After he alleged that the London Boy singer turned down the opportunity, fuming fans took to social media to reveal there was a good reason why she couldn\u2019t make it.<\/p>\n

Although Omid\u2019s book doesn\u2019t explain the reason behind Taylor\u2019s absence, the self-proclaimed \u201cSwifties\u201d revealed the superstar was in the midst of her global Eras tour.<\/p>\n

A furious @BananaChiqa wrote: \u201cLook at this utterly shameless lying. Taylor Swift was in the middle of her ERAS tour. I WAS AT THE SHOW IN NASHVILLE THE NIGHT OF THE CORONATION.\u201d<\/p>\n

As a relieved @lilyslilies added: \u201cThank God it would\u2019ve been so embarrassing saying that my show got canceled cause of some old British guy.\u201d<\/p>\n
