My training is different though \u2013 in that it\u2019s a lot more relaxed, but it does me a lot of good,&#8217; Luke told TRAIN Magazine,<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Even if I\u2019m absolutely shattered and I don\u2019t want to go, I never regret training. I always regret when I decide not to go. If I\u2019m training for a specific role or not, I never spend that long in there. I really go at a particular muscle group hard.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I move fast in the gym \u2013 30 seconds to a minute between each set \u2013 and I\u2019m big on supersets.
