MATTHEW Perry has been laid to rest after his tragic death last month.<\/p>\n

The actor, who played Chandler Bing in\u00a0Friends, was found\u00a0dead in his hot tub at his Los Angeles home\u00a0on October 28.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

Perry\u00a0has been buried at the Forest Lawn cemetery in Hollywood Hills, according to TMZ.<\/p>\n

The television star's exact burial spot lies somewhere in the Sanctuary of Treasured Love.<\/p>\n

The area is secluded from the rest of the cemetery and protected by gates, due to the high number of famous figures also buried in the area.<\/p>\n

Perry's resting place is currently unmarked, with an inscription or gravestone expected to come later.<\/p>\n

The area has also been cleared of the floral tributes that were laid during his funeral. <\/p>\n

Perry's funeral was held on Friday, November 3.<\/p>\n

The ceremony in\u00a0Los Angeles\u00a0seemed to be an intimate event with about 20 or so people in attendance.<\/p>\n

Matthew's co-stars,\u00a0Jennifer Aniston,\u00a0Lisa Kudrow,\u00a0Courteney Cox, and\u00a0David Schwimmer, were all dressed in black as they arrived at the church.<\/p>\n

Matt LeBlanc also attended the two-hour-long service, joining Matthew's father, John Bennett Perry, and stepfather, Keith Morrison.<\/p>\n

LOSS OF A LEGEND<\/h2>\n

According to\u00a0a new report, Perry hadn't been in his hot tub for long before his body was discovered.<\/p>\n

Hours earlier, the 54-year-old had\u00a0played racquet sport pickleball\u00a0with a female friend, who revealed\u00a0the star had\u00a0felt unwell and \u201cfatigued\u201d\u00a0for the past week.<\/p>\n

He returned home from the country club and sent his assistant on an errand.<\/p>\n

His assistant found him unresponsive in the water when they returned and made a\u00a0frantic call to 911.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0television\u00a0actor was\u00a0pronounced dead\u00a0at the scene after firefighters lifted him from the hot tub.<\/p>\n

However, his body was not "waterlogged," suggesting that his assistant came across him quickly after his death.<\/p>\n

ONGOING INVESTIGATION<\/h2>\n

Perry was believed to have drowned, but first responders were initially called out for cardiac arrest.<\/p>\n

Initial drug reports from Perry's autopsy have come back clear for both methamphetamine and fentanyl, according to\u00a0TMZ.<\/p>\n

However, these tests are the first of more in-depth processes to come.<\/p>\n
