Sources close to The Kardashians star confirmed exclusively to PEOPLE that she welcomed her baby boy into the world.<\/p>\n

Kourtney, 44, arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, on Monday,\u00a0the outlet reported.<\/p>\n

On Thursday afternoon,\u00a0Travis, 47, was spotted near the medical center as he pulled into Cedars.<\/p>\n

Witnesses claimed sister Kylie Jenner, 26, arrived in a Range Rover before entering the facility.<\/p>\n

Although details are tight-lipped as of now, fans are overjoyed about the Hulu star giving birth to her fourth child.<\/p>\n

In an online thread, followers congratulated the couple and praised their first child together. <\/p>\n

One person said: "Congratulations! Happy for a safe delivery and that everyone is doing well and that the baby is healthy! <\/p>\n

TRAVIS LEAKS BABY'S NAME<\/h2>\n

Just days before Kourtney gave birth, Travis spilled their baby's name on friend Toby Morse's podcast, One Life One Chance.<\/p>\n

While talking, he let slip that – as fans predicted – he and Kourtney were expecting a\u00a0Halloween\u00a0baby, and that he\u00a0would be called Rocky.<\/p>\n

Travis said: "There was a benefit in Hawaii that we were gonna do, but it\u2019s the week that Rocky\u2019s due."<\/p>\n

Toby asked: "Rocky Thirteen Barker?" with Travis confirming: "Rocky Thirteen Barker!"<\/p>\n

When Toby commented on the uniqueness of the name, Travis quipped: "He\u2019s gonna come out of my wife\u2019s vagina like doing front kicks and push-ups."<\/p>\n

In July, Travis first hinted he\u00a0would name his son Rocky 13.<\/p>\n

The rocker talked about potential baby names with his daughter Alabama while appearing on\u00a0Goat Talk with Complex.<\/p>\n

The pair were asked what the "greatest of all time baby name" would be.<\/p>\n

Alabama, 17, piped up first with her answers, saying: "Audemar, Milan, Patek."<\/p>\n

Travis replied: "I like Rocky 13. That's this name that's just been going through my head lately."<\/p>\n

Alabama shot the idea down, saying the moniker was "so bad."<\/p>\n

"It is bad," Travis admitted, adding: "Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies and 13 is just the greatest number of all time."<\/p>\n

MEDICAL EMERGENCY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Unfortunately, Kourtney's pregnancy was not smooth sailing.<\/p>\n

On September 1, Travis and his band canceled tour dates in Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin due to an "urgent family matter," leaving fans to worry about Kourtney.<\/p>\n

Later that week, Kourtney revealed she suffered a major scare and underwent fetal surgery on her unborn baby.<\/p>\n

\u00a0"I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby\u2019s life," she told fans in a heartfelt post at the time.<\/p>\n

"I am eternally grateful to my husband who\u00a0rushed to my side\u00a0from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterward, my rock. <\/p>\n

"And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.<\/p>\n

"As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn\u2019t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery.<\/p>\n

"I don\u2019t think anyone who hasn\u2019t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.<\/p>\n

"I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant."<\/p>\n

"Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing," the TV personality concluded.<\/p>\n

BLENDED FAMILY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Poosh founder already has three children with her ex Scott Disick – son Mason, 13; daughter Penelope, 11; and son Reign, eight. <\/p>\n

Travis, meanwhile, shares two kids with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler – son Landon, 19, and daughter Alabama.<\/p>\n

He also acts as a father figure to Atiana de la Hoya, 24, who is Shanna's daughter with her ex, Oscar de la Hoya.<\/p>\n

Kourtney revealed in June that\u00a0she was pregnant\u00a0after undergoing months of IVF. Later, she confirmed she got pregnant naturally despite all the medical intervention.<\/p>\n

She\u00a0announced the baby news while in the crowd at Travis' concert in\u00a0Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

She made the reveal by\u00a0holding a sign\u00a0that read "Travis I'm pregnant" – a nod to the band's iconic music video for All The Small Things.<\/p>\n

However, in December 2022, an insider close to the pair\u00a0exclusively confirmed\u00a0to The\u00a0U.S. Sun\u00a0that they were "still trying" to conceive, despite the difficulties.<\/p>\n

The source said: "Travis and Kourtney would still love a baby together. They're still trying.<\/p>\n

"She took a break from IVF, but that doesn't mean plans changed. They're hoping to welcome a baby in the near future."<\/p>\n

After announcing her pregnancy, Kourtney shared plenty of photos of her baby bump on social media.<\/p>\n
