Kirstie Allsopp has given fans an update following her recent accident, revealing that a foam roller has “changed my life”.<\/p>\n

The Channel 4 presenter had been forced to skip filming Location, Location, Location after a fall down some stairs in a pub left her “bruised and battered”.<\/p>\n

Taking to Instagram to update her 328,000 followers on how she is getting on, the 52-year-old revealed that a foam roller \u2013 used to help relieve muscle tightness and soreness \u2013 has played a huge part in her recovery.<\/p>\n

Captioning her post, which includes two videos of her praising the roller, she penned: “There is no filter which will make this better, in the second film I edited out my bum, but foam rollers make such a difference.<\/p>\n

“I’m a huge convert, so in the name of my faith, once and only once, it’s me in leggings!”<\/p>\n

In the opening video, Kirstie notes how the foam roller has changed her life, adding: “It’s absolutely brilliant and I want to explain to everyone why.”<\/p>\n

“Nobody wants to see me in my exercise gear. In my mind, this would be, like, one of those Jennifer Garner videos, but obviously it’s not,” she said.<\/p>\n

“But this foam roller has changed my life. Even in the last few days and weeks since my falling down the stairs, I have been using it and it’s absolutely brilliant.”<\/p>\n
