Call the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-4673.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\nOn Sept 16, Russell Brand was accused of rape, sexual assault, and manipulative behavior by multiple women, who came forward during a joint investigation from The Times, The Sunday Times, and Channel 4.<\/p>\n<p>\nIn the new 90-minute documentary titled <em>Russell Brand: In Plain Sight<\/em>, these brave women came forward with their stories, including one highly disturbing story where a woman detailed her relationship with Brand when she was 16, he was 31, and how he sexually assaulted her towards the end of their relationship.<\/p>\n<p>\nAlong with these women&rsquo;s accounts, many have come forward with their own disturbing stories about Brand. Most notably, author Bryony Gordon previously wrote in 2014 in her book <em>The Wrong Knickers<\/em> &ldquo;that there were, by his own admission, hundreds of other girls with a Russell Brand story,&rdquo; per DailyMail.<\/p>\n<p>\nBrand quickly made a video denying these allegations, calling them &ldquo;extremely egregious and aggressive attacks.&rdquo; He talked about how he was &ldquo;very, very promiscuous&rdquo; and claimed he was in &ldquo;consensual&rdquo; relationships. Since then, his talent agency has cut all ties with him.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sheknows.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/brand-016.jpg?w=300\"><\/p>\n<p>\nWith all of this information bubbling to the surface, many have wondered how Brand&rsquo;s wife Laura Gallacher has reacted to the news. While she hasn&rsquo;t made a public statement, eagle-eyed Instagram users noticed something peculiar.<\/p>\n<p>\nAlmost instantly after the allegations came forward, <em>The Mirror<\/em> discovered she had deleted her social media accounts.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sheknows.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/brand-017.jpg?w=300\"><\/p>\n<p>\nAnd her sister Kirsty Gallacher reposted Brand&rsquo;s reaction video to her Instagram story with a red heart, indicating support for him amid these allegations, per the Sun.
