You might be after an Egg McMuffin for breakfast or a Big Mac for lunch, either way it has you covered – but what time does the fast food chain open?<\/p>\n

In some locations, Mcdonald's can be open 24 hours a day, but that is not guaranteed in all, so it's best to check first. <\/p>\n
You can use the store locator on the McDonald's website to find your local branch.<\/p>\n
It is usually the case that larger restaurants that are located at service stations, travel spots and retail parks have longer opening hours.<\/p>\n
Whereas restaurants that are located on the high street may shut earlier at midnight, or even 10pm.<\/p>\n

If your local isn't open 24 hours, it might open at 5am or 6am for breakfast service.<\/p>\n
McDonald's serves breakfast until 11am at all of its restaurants in the UK. <\/p>\n
There are various options on the breakfast menu to choose from.<\/p>\n
And you don't have to always visit dine-in branches to enjoy a McDonald's breakfast – you could get a home delivery through Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo or you could visit a drive-thru.<\/p>\n
<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n You can also download the My McDonald's app onto a smartphone and order food for delivery or pick-up at one of its restaurants directly with the chain.<\/p>\n You don't just have to dine in when you visit either, simply choose a walk-in takeaway and you can dine al fresco at restaurants that have seating outdoors if you fancy.<\/p>\n McDonald's drive-thru option is available as long as the restaurant is open, just drive into the right lane and place your order to go.<\/p>\n Some are open 24 hours but this can vary between locations, with some closing at 10pm or 11pm.<\/p>\n McDonald's also delivers food to your car so you can skip the drive-thru queue altogether.<\/p>\n You can use the My McDonald\u2019s app to pre-order your food and pick it up by parking in one of the allocated bays for collection.<\/p>\n McDonald's works with both Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat for delivery orders.<\/p>\n You should also keep in mind that you'll pay a delivery charge on top of your order. <\/p>\n This usually depends on how far away from the restaurant you are.<\/p>\n Enter your postcode on your chosen app to see if McDonald's delivery is available to you, as some areas aren't included at all.<\/p>\n You can also order food through the My McDonald's app.<\/p>\n It can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play, and it doesn\u2019t cost extra to click and collect.<\/p>\n The app is worth getting as you can get great weekly deals.
