Exeter City Council has just launched an investigation into alleged breaches of construction work hours at the site, DevonLive reported.<\/p>\n
The handover of the former ambulance site was meant to take place by August 31.<\/p>\n
An exact completion date has not yet been confirmed by Watkin Jones other than insisting it will be ready "imminently".<\/p>\n
Watkin Jones declined to make a comment on the heat pump complaints.<\/p>\n
