Kate Garraway has uploaded a video to Instagram sharing details of her new project with her 1.1 million fans.<\/p>\n
The 56-year-old Good Morning Britain presenter and journalist can be seen sitting in a recording booth and speaking directly to the camera where she says: \u201cWell, this is a moment! I\u2019m recording the audiobook of The Strength of Love.<\/p>\n
\u201cHopefully not finding too many mistakes along the way, but I really hope you enjoy it.\u201d<\/p>\n
Before getting candid with her fans and saying: \u201cIt\u2019s been quite challenging for me to write in lots of ways.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut I hope there\u2019s something in there to help you deal with all the challenges that you\u2019re facing up to in life.\u201d<\/p>\n

I’m a similar age to you and have a hard job, wishing you and all your family all the best.\u201d<\/p>\n With a fourth adding: \u201cCan’t wait to read your book you are an inspiration to us all XX\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Strength of Love which is set to be released on September 14 is the follow-up to Kate\u2019s 2021 bestseller The Power of Hope.<\/p>\n The book focuses on her husband, Derek Draper\u2019s ongoing recovery after from long covid.<\/p>\n Kate has said in a previous Instagram post that the book will be a positive read and that it\u2019s been written to help others who are going through similar hardships.<\/p>\n Sharing an image of the book cover she wrote: \u201cI must admit it has been so tough to write but that\u2019s because I have had to go into some of my darkest thoughts and experiences, but I also wanted it to be a positive read for you too.<\/p>\n Before going on to say: \u201cI have so much to be thankful for and so many people have shared so much love with me and my family, and I really wanted to share something helpful back.<\/p>\n \u201cThis book is about Derek\u2019s ongoing battle to take back control of his body and mind, the amazing people who have helped us along the way and how love in all its forms can pull you to the brink one moment, and lift you up the next.\u201d<\/p>\n Finishing off her lengthy post by saying: \u201cWe are all learning how to deal with the vast multitude of changes we have experienced in recent times while trying to navigate through life the best way we can. I know I am far from alone in wrestling with these challenges, I just hope some of the lessons I have learnt will help you in your daily battles too, whatever they are.\u201d<\/p>\n
