<\/p>\nLOVE Island's Scott van der Sluis has been seen on his first date in the US version of the show.<\/p>\n
Goalkeeper Scott\u00a0arrived in the US villa in Hawaii last week.<\/p>\n

He entered the spin-off series across the pond as a late bombshell despite rekindling his connection with Irish ex Catherine Agbaje days after leaving the UK series.<\/p>\n
Now a new teaser clip has shown him grafting an American beauty called Imani in the Hawaii pad – and fans couldn't believe their eyes.<\/p>\n
Many suggested he has upped his game just days into her US villa debut. <\/p>\n
One said: "Scott is more outgoing in the USA vs UK version."<\/p>\n

A second echoed: "He didn\u2019t seem to be having as much fun in the UK one!"<\/p>\n
And a third person suggested: "Scott has taken notes and basically see now why the girls were not interested. So now he's putting it on that he's this exciting guy."<\/p>\n
Others were quick to defend his new role though, with one stating: "So confused why everyone\u2019s saying he\u2019s a game player.<\/p>\n
"Catherine did he wrong! He knows his worth and took an opportunity else where."<\/p>\n
<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Another wrote: "Why are y\u2019all calling him game player like you wouldn\u2019t to this for money too."<\/p>\n Scott left the Love Island UK villa single after he and Abi Moores decided to nip their romance in the bud.<\/p>\n The semi-professional footballer was then spotted reuniting with\u00a0Catherine, 22.<\/p>\n She split from Scott when she returned to the main villa from Casa Amor with bombshell\u00a0Elom\u00a0Ahlijah-Wilson, 22.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n And ITV2\u00a0viewers watched Scott fight for his relationship with Catherine, but with no luck.<\/p>\n Scott and Catherine then ended up falling out during Movie Night when a clip was shown of him saying his head could turn.<\/p>\n This prompted\u00a0a fiery row between Scott and Catherine, while Leah Taylor also piped up to defend her friend.<\/p>\n Scott was hurt when Leah told him that none of the\u00a0Casa Amor girls\u00a0"were interested" in him.<\/p>\n The feud prompted concerned viewers to insist\u00a0Catherine and Leah were bullying Scott.<\/p>\n A week later Catherine and her new man Elom\u00a0went their separate ways just days after being dumped from the villa.<\/p>\n And after reuniting with Scott at the reunion show she later hinted that they were dating again – but said she wasn't in an exclusive relationship.<\/p>\n Since he entered\u00a0Love Island\u00a0USA viewers have been keen to point out Scott's behaviour, branding him a "game player".<\/p>\n<\/p>\n![](\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/itv-plc-reproduced-editorial-purposes-820163712-5.jpg\")
