Soap stars with famous children unveiled from Hollywood stardom to fashion model

Soap stars are recognised across the country but some of their children are even more famous than their parents.

Fans have grown up watching the likes of Coronation Street and EastEnders for decades and quite a few of cast members have children in the showbiz business themselves.

Some youngsters have made it big in Hollywood, while others have graced the catwalks to model for major fashion labels.

From EastEnders Bianca Jackson actress Patsy Palmer's actor son to Danny Dyer's reality star daughter, Daily Star have taken a look into famous children of soap stars you may not have known about.

Charley Palmer Rothwell – Pasty Palmer's son

Former Eastenders star Patsy Palmer is known to millions across the globe for her role as gobby Londoner Bianca Jackson.

She is recognised for her very stunning acting performances as well as screaming "RICKAAAY!".

The actress moved to American after leaving the soap but recent to the UK last year to take part in wacky ITV guessing game show The Masked Singer.

Patsy’s son Charley, 29, is a working actor most known for appearing in the 2017 Christopher Nolan feature Dunkirk and the Tom Hardy lead movie about the Kray twins, Legend.

The youngster also got a starring role in the 2019 horror film Play or Die where his character tackles his past abuse and trauma caused by his mother by making a game called Paranoia, where players have to go through life threatening games to survive.

Charley has three half-siblings: Emilia, Fenton and Bertie.

Roman Kemp – Martin Kemp's son

Fans may know Martin Kemp from English pop group Spandau Ballet but most audiences would recognise him for his four-year run on Eastenders as Steve Owen.

His son Roman is currently a radio DJ hosting the breakfast show on Capital FM, a job he has been doing since 2017.

In 2019, Roman came third place in the nineteenth season of I'm a Celebrity… Get me Out of Here!

The father and son paired up together in Martin and Roman's Sunday Best! in 2021, a weekly breakfast show on ITV that proved to be successful enough to be rebranded as Weekend Best! as it changed to air on both Saturday and Sunday

The show is a mix of celebrity interviews, musical performances and games with home viewers interacting via video call.

Dani Dyer – Danny Dyer's daughter

Danny Dyer is famous for a number of film roles but we see him on the telly most nights as the character of Mick Carter on Eastenders.

You may also know Dani Dyer, the 2018 Love Island winner , but it make come to a surprise that she’s Danny’s daughter.

The former barmaid first appeared on Survival of the Fittest in 2018 but it was later that year as she appeared on and won the fourth season of Love Island that she shot to fame.

She has since moved on to co-present MTV series True Love or True Lies and co-hosts a podcast called Sorted with the Dyers with her father Danny.

Dani recently welcomed her first child with boyfriend Sammy Kimmence, a baby boy named Santiago.

The TV star launched her maternity range with In The Style to celebrate her pregnancy and modelled the outfits herself.

Phoebe Dynevor – Sally Dynevor's daughter

Sally Dynevor is a fan favourite for Corrie viewers, having played the character for Sally Webster for a number of years.

Daughter Phoebe Dynevor is currently playing Daphne Bridgerton in the Netflix series, Bridgerton.

Phoebe has been acting since she was 14 and has appeared in productions such as Waterloo Road and Prisoner’s Wives.

She was nominated for three awards in 2021 for her performance on Bridgerton, a show that won the AFI Award for Top Television Program along with the Best Television Series Award at the Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild Awards.

The success of the show was large enough to greenlight a total of four seasons.

Jake Roche – Shane Ritchie and Coleen Nolan's son

Shane Richie is best known for his recurring role as Alfie in Eastenders, getting his start on the show in 2002.

He has appeared a number of times as the character, even getting a spin-off mini series for himself called Kat and Alfie: Redwater in 2017.

Shane’s son Jake Roche, who he shares with Loose Women star Coleen Nolan, is an English singer and actor, having appeared as Isaac Nuttall in 2010 for Emmerdale, his acting career slowed down as his singing career began to take off.

Roche most recently made the news for his split from Little Mix star Jesy Nelson in November after a five year engagement to be wed.

Noah Jupe – Katy Cavangh's son

Katy Cavanagh-Jupe is an actress Corrie fans may recognise for playing the character of Julie Carp from 2008 to 2015 but did you know that son Noah has an impressive run of features under his belt?

The young actor starred in the Shia LaBeouf written and directed feature Honey Boy where he played a younger version of the character Otis, based on Shia's upbringing through Hollywood and difficulty with his father's mental health.

The 2018 indie horror hit A Quiet Place starred Noah as one of the lead characters Marcus and he will be set to appear again next week when the sequel releases.
