Ranvir Singh took a swipe at co-host Andi Peters on Thursday's show as she sits in for Lorraine.
Andi was on to talk about a competition prize, but appeared on screen holding up a slice of birthday cake.
He's celebrating his birthday today, but Ranvir couldn't resist a dig: "You don't look a day over 63! I don't know how you do it."
Andi looked shocked before laughing.
"You must stop spreading rumours like that! I'm 51 and you know it! 51 and I've got my little birthday party," as he gestured to his cake.
"When you said little, you're right, there's hardly anybody there," swiped Ranvir.

"Rude!" said Andi.
"How are you feeling at 51 Andy, how does it feel? I mean, I wouldn't have a clue. It's so far away from me that's what I'm saying," asked Ranvir.
"I knew you were going to say that!", exclaimed poor Andi.
He thanked the rest of the cast and crew for his birthday present which he said he received the day before.
Ranvir admitted she had nothing to do with the gift.
Later on Ranvir clapped for Andi, before admitting: "I don't know why I'm clapping. Well done for reaching 51?"
She held up two cakes and asked Andi if she could eat one "on his behalf."
Andi answered: "Remember what they say Ranvir. A moment on the lips… a lifetime of joy!"
He continued: "I'm blessed to be alive. I'm blessed to do the job I do, which I absolutely love, and to work with you guys."
Ranvir did make it up to him insisting she did have a little something for him later on.
The presenter did also add that Andi was the "Peter Pan" of TV, alluding to his youthful good looks.
She wasn't sure he'd forgiven her though for the age comment.
