Made In Chelseas Emily Blackwell warns new girl Nicole Berry off stroppy Tristan Phillips

In an exclusive first look at tonight's Made In Chelsea (Monday 18 October), Emily Blackwell and Ruby Adler sit down to discuss their newly single co-star Tristan Phipps with newcomer Nicole Berry. And, despite giving her the green light to get to know Tristan, it appears that Emily has a few words of warning for Nicole.

Emily opened up about how Tristan is "super-charming, lovely, loyal and kind." However, she quickly added that there's "another side" to him and went into detail about how "he can get really stroppy" and "will never be wrong."

"If you're ever gonna expect an apology, you'll be waiting for a while!" she added.

However, none of it seemed to put Nicole off. She ended the conversation by telling Ruby and Emily that she thinks "he's very cool" and is "really excited to get to know him."

The Canadian model turned heads when she appeared on the show last week and started flirting with Tristan during his first night out with the boys. She made quite the impression and from the latest teaser it appears she's eager to take things further.

When Emily and Ruby quizzed Nicole on whether of not she fancies him and if there's attraction on her part, she replied: "Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think he's gorgeous and it's very very easy to talk to him."

Nicole seemed unfazed by Emily's attempts to warn her about Tristan's shortcomings. The gorgeous blonde laughed it all off and took the slightly awkward conversation in her stride.

Emily amped up her efforts and offered Nicole one final piece of advice: "What I think is good is if you guys start dating – I do think just for a bit like lay low…"

Made in Chelsea kicked off this autumn with the news that Tristan had broken up with former girlfriend Liv Bentley. In the first show, a down and out Tristan confirmed that he and Liv had called things off "four or five weeks ago," after fans speculated that they were back together

Despite trying to "go out, clear [his] head and have fun," Tristan admitted that his efforts were "just not working." However, the tides turned when Nicole approached him on a night out and the pair instantly hit it off.

Nicole told Emily: "If things go well and I like him I'm obviously not gonna not do anything because I'm scared or nervous of shaking up the waters, but I also still want to be respectful."

Emily quickly agreed, emphasising that Nicole "doesn't know" Liv and "doesn't owe her anything."

She continued: "She totally knows that. You have no loyalties to her."

In tonight's episode, fans will see Tristan ask ex-girlfriend Liv how she feels about him pursuing things with Nicole.

Made In Chelsea continues Mondays at 9pm on E4.
