Furious fans flooded Twitter to theorise that producers were left disappointed by the public vote as Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page were placed in the bottom three couples.
Fans have speculated getting the Islanders to pick was a move made by producers to protect Tasha, 24, and Andrew, 27, from elimination.
Fans noted how it was unlikely that their co-stars would opt to send them home after being in the villa since the first day of the show.
