Emmerdale vicar Charles confused by odd funeral request after shock death
Emmerdale vicar Charles Anderson (Kevin Mathurin) is left confused by some funeral arrangements in upcoming scenes following a shock death in the village.
The police are asking questions about what happened following the explosive events of the previous week.
Truths start to come out from various villagers and there is great upset ahead.
Fans of the ITV soap already know that at least one character will meet their grisly end later this week.
It's set to be a deadly week in the Dales, as the biggest stunt since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic will take place.
Paul Ashdale (Reece Dinsdale) and Mandy Dingle's (Lisa Riley) wedding day will go terribly wrong – and at least one character will be killed off.
In addition to Paul and Mandy's disastrous wedding, Jimmy King (Nick Miles) will also find himself in massive trouble.
He will lose control of his truck while driving and is set to crash into farmyard buildings.
It has been reported that Jimmy's accident will create a devastating set of events.
Emmerdale spoilers have revealed that Charles will be asked to plan a funeral but is left confused as it's not the norm.

As well as planning the funeral, Charles gets asked out for a drink by Andrea Tate (Anna Nightingale).
He turns her down but when his son Ethan Anderson (Emile John) encourages him he asks her to have that drink and she enthusiastically agrees.
Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) finds she is suppressing her jealousy to see them together.
Their date goes well so Charles arranges another but Meena (Paige Sandhu) seems upset by this union and starts stirring with Manpreet.

Elsewhere in the village, Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) confides in Dan how he and Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson) have yet to consummate their relationship and Dan encourages him to try and make a move.
Later rather unsubtly Bob plies Wendy with oysters, opera, dark chocolate by candlelight but it has the reverse reaction and she makes her excuses and leaves leaving Bob worried he’s overstepped the mark.
The next day Dan pops over again and Dan offers to fix Wendy’s car for free and soon Bob is jealous to see the pair chatting together, things clearly still awkward between them after last night.

He tells her Sarah will need a lot more work. Later Noah intervenes by trying to set up a chance meeting but it backfires.
Ryan is determined to bring his family back together and tells Charity she needs to show Sarah she can be dependable. But can she?
