Christine McGuinness strips topless as she thrills in intimate bedroom exposé
Christine McGuinness is known for her perky workout videos and charismatic TikToks, but the mum-of-five has been struggling with her energy levels of late.
Posing topless in her bedroom, the 32-year-old perched on her rumpled white sheets and gazed out the window in her latest Instagram snap.
With her blonde tresses falling down her bare back, Christine looked away from the camera in the pensive snap.
Sharing the topless photo to Instagram, Christine revealed she has been plagued by insomnia for most of her adult life, reaching out to her fans for help.
She explained: "I’ve struggled with sleep since my teenage years, it’s totally normal for me to have between 2-5 hrs sleep.
"I’m not trying to ‘fix’ this as it’s just a part of my life now and there are times that I love being awake through the night..
"It’s the only time I get to myself but I am looking for tips on how to switch off for those nights that I really need sleep!"
The former Real Housewives of Cheshire star, who is married to TV personality Paddy McGuinness, admitted she was desperate to find new ways to help herself relax.
She said: "CBD has helped in the past, I LOVE gummies and CBD oil is actually great but I hate the taste of it.. I’m looking for a flavoured oil to try."
The Blackpool-born beauty ruled out melatonin and sleeping pills, pointing out she needs "to be able to wake up easy and alert if my children need me".
Christine also added that lavender sprays hadn’t had the desired effect in the past, and said the problem wasn’t watching too much TV.
Revealing she prefers to sleep nude, Christine explained: "Oh I just can’t wear pjs, or anything at all to sleep but I need a quilt whatever the weather."
Adding that her "mind just loves to party all night," Christine asked her fans for tips on the best ways to enjoy a sounds night’s sleep.
In the comments below, Christine’s fans made recommendations to help combat her exhaustion, suggesting everything from weighted blankets to Reiki sessions.
Other mums thanked Christine for her honesty, letting her know they were grateful to think they weren't alone in their sleeplessness.
As one admirer penned: "I just wanted to also say how much I admire you bossing parenting and a busy career. You are amazing with your children."
