Woman applies fake love bites with makeup to keep creeps away at gym

A woman has revealed how she stops men from approaching her in the gym – by using makeup to give herself fake love bites.

The woman, who goes by the name "blackmarketbagelsociety" on TikTok, said she learned the "life hack" from her team mate.

"No man has tried to correct my form since smearing brown eyeshadow on my neck like hickeys," she said in the video.

"Guess my form is just better this week."

While filming in the weight training area, the TikToker stands in front of a body-length mirror.

She shows her physique before zooming in onto her neck, where two brown marks are visibly seen.

In a follow-up post, she responded to a viewer's comment, who asked if the men's approach could possibly be a way of flirting.

She said: "That's the whole point. They are trying to flirt with me and I don't want it.

"So when they see the hickeys, they're like 'oh, off the market'.

"I don't need them to correct my f***ing form. I'm staring myself in the mirror and I know my form is great, well it's pretty damn good.

"And when it's not, it hurts and I notice."

Many viewers called it a "modern problem" women had to face when going to the gym these days – but they also praised her for the creative idea.

"That is genius," one said. "Sometimes you flex your leg muscles, but sometimes you flex your brain muscles too."

A second commented: "I went to the gym with an actual hickey and no man looked at me for longer than a second."

But another viewer found it "ridiculous" that women have to "mark themselves like animals" to keep men away from them.

Last month, a woman has confronted a man by staring back at him after she noticed he was following her around the gym and kept looking at her.
