Boba Fett Is Coming to 'Fortnite' in December

Boba Fett is officially headed to Fortnite on December 24 at 7 p.m. ET.

Epic Games will add the famed bounty hunter to its gameplay ahead of The Book of Boba Fett‘s debut on Disney+ on December 29. The gaming company has not disclosed many details about the partnership; however, based on the teaser art Epic shared to Twitter, Fett’s partner Fennec Shand will also become available in the game. Given Epic’s previous Fortnite crossovers, it’s safe to assume that skins for both characters will become available for players to purchase.

The Book of Boba Fett will see Temuera Morrison return under the Mandalorian helmet as Boba Fett and Ming-Na Wen reprising the role of Fennec Shand. According to Disney’s official synopsis, the series “finds legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand navigating the Galaxy’s underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.”

The Book of Boba Fett is directed by Robert Rodriguez, as well as Jon Favreau, Bryce Dallas Howard and Dave Filoni, while Filoni, Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson are executive producing the series.
