11 Times "Courage The Cowardly Dog" Was Actually Terrifying
1.That time they gave us a kid friendly version of The Exorcist and turned Muriel demonic.
Seriously, how is this a kids show?
2.When the twins, Eliza and Elisa, trapped the souls of the quilting club members in their quilts.
While the episode was less creepy than others, this mask was certainly terrifying.
4.That time Eustace developed a gross foot infection.
Sure he left out the tail, but a spindly man with green eyes and a creepy smile running around with scissors? Hard pass.
7.That time they showed us this giant floating head.
No, seriously, how was this a show on a children’s network?
8.When they showed us this eerily possessed house.
Witnessing Eustace’s lifeless husk of a body sitting in his recliner isn’t something you’d ever expect to see when you turned on the television as a kid.
10.When Katz showed us how sinister he is.
That sinister laugh is enough to send me the chills to this day!
11.And finally, the one that absolutely still haunts all of us to this day. When this mummy showed up and threatened them to return the slab.
He was absolutely created by the show’s creators to terrifying children for years to come.
But at the end of the day, while this show gave me continuous nightmares, it was equally as addicting. Seriously, can Courage ever catch a break?
