The former Coronation Street actress, 46, took to the stage in the dancing competition with her partner Graziano Di Prima, 28, this weekend. The Strictly Come Dancing duo performed the first Rumba of the series to Frozen by Madonna.

Kym Marsh was dressed as a haunting witch for the Halloween special.

It appears this week, Strictly rehearsals were slightly thrown into chaos after the on-screen star appeared to have injured herself.

The actress took to Instagram stories and shared a video of herself nursing her foot as she sported a large ice pack.

The camera then zoomed along her foot where a red cut could be seen just above her ankle.

Graziano draped his arm over her shoulder as the pair took some time out from their dance rehearsals, as Kym gave a thumbs up.

“It’s going well,” she commented before the pair both broke out into laughter.

The camera then panned to her dance partner Graziano whose leg was also covered in bruises following their dance rehearsals.

It comes after Kym said in another video, she had accidentally “kicked” him in the legs while training.

This week on Strictly, the dancing duo are set to perform an Argentine Tango to John Powell’s Assassin’s Tango.

The pair addressed their rehearsals in a short video shared with Kym’s 533,000 followers.

Kym said: “I kicked you in the leg a few times today.”

Addressing his own body pains, Graziano replied: “Yes and also under my armpits – it’s like when you wash the plates with a scourer, it’s burning.”

Kym went on: “I cut my foot. I kicked myself in the foot with my own shoe. My own stiletto. Let me show you my heels.”

The Strictly star then gave fans a glimpse of the heeled shoes she had been wearing for training before showing off a cut on her foot.

“Oh no, it’s bleeding,” she mused as she pulled back the plaster.

Fans flocked to the comment section as they offered their support to both Kym and Graziano for Saturday’s show.

Ian penned: “Doing great guys. Keep the work rate up and you will get your reward at the end Kym x.”

Nancy commented: “You can win the whole thing.”

Simpson added: “Good luck for Saturday night. Love you both.”

Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday on BBC One at 7pm.
