Sofia Vergara struts her way out of Craig’s restaurant after grabbing dinner with friends on Saturday night (June 22) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 46-year-old Modern Family star donned a one-shoulder, black top, skinny jeans, strappy heels as she enjoyed a night out on the town with her friends.
