Royal fans have noticed a very sweet habit Princess Charlotte has picked up from her mum, the Duchess of Cambridge.
Last week, 39 year old Kate Middleton took part in a video call with teachers from Ribbon Academy, County Durham, checking in with them as parents navigate how to homeschool their kids amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Listening to various people on the call, the mum-of-three absent-mindedly reached back and twirled her hair, which was tied back into a ponytail, before flicking it over her shoulder.
The moment reminded one eagle-eyed fan of a moment from two years ago, on the day five year old Princess Charlotte attended her first day of school in September 2019.

As she walked into Thomas's Battersea school with her parents Kate and Prince William, 38, and her big brother Prince George, seven, Charlotte also wore her short mane in a similar ponytail and nervously twirled her hair.
TikTok user royalfancams was quick to notice the parallel between the two moments and posted a clip of the pair doing the action for their 208,800 followers to see.
It was captioned: "Like mother like daughter, hair goals #KateMiddleton #DuchessOfCambridge #DuchessKate #HairGoals #PrincessCharlotte #HRH #HairTwirl #RoyalFamily," followed by a heart eyes emoji, crown emoji, and stars emoji.
Many others were quick to comment as one person wrote: "Awwww," with a laughing emoji. Another said: "beautiful resemblance." [sic]

It comes as Kate, who is also mum to two year old Prince Louis, recently sent a reminder to parents and guardians of schoolchildren to "look after themselves" during the pandemic.
Speaking ahead of Children's Mental Health Week, she encouraged those looking after children to make sure they are coping as well.

Prince William's wife, who recently admitted she's found parenting "exhausting" during lockdown, is a royal patron of children's mental healthy charity Place2Be, who organise the annual week to make sure young people speak out on their headspace.
In the video, posted to Place2Be's 24,000 Instagram followers, Kate said: "This year's Children's Mental Health Week is all about expressing yourself.
"That's finding creative ways in which to share your thoughts, ideas and feelings. So whether that's through photography, through art, through drama, through music or poetry, it's finding those things that make you feel good about yourself."

She continued to reach out to parents and guardians, adding: "And whilst this is Children's Mental Health Week, there has never been a more important time to talk about parental wellbeing and mental health too.
"Last year, you told me just how important this was, but many of us find it hard to prioritise. This is a hugely challenging time for us all so please look after yourself too.
"Find those ways in which to share your thoughts and your feelings, or find someone to talk to, because we really do need to be the very best versions of ourselves for the children in our care."
