Olly Murs was a recipient of some of Jack Whitehall’s jibes during the 2021 Brit Awards. This led the star to jokingly try to kick the star in a hilarious moment.

The Brit Awards returned tonight with the first live music ceremony in over a year.

The show was once again hosted by Whitehall who was full of jokes at the expense of his celebrity pals.

Among those targeted by the comedian was singer Murs.

At one point Whitehall was joined by Sea Shanty star Nathan Evans.

They sung a special version of his famous song, changing the lyrics for the awards.

This ended with Whitehall saying: “Don’t worry Mursy’s here for fun.

“We will not let him sing.”

After the jibe, Murs attempted to kick the presenter as he stolled past.

Thankfully, the pair both saw the funny side of the moment, laughing it off.

This wasn’t the first jibe at The Voice coach tonight either.

When he came on to present an award, Whitehall introduced him as a “TikTok” star.

Murs was clad in an all-red suit for his appearance at the awards.

He paired a red tie with a red shirt and red suit for the event.

Murs was not the only victim of Whitehall’s parody song.

He also joked about the Little Mix trio as well.

He sung: “Soon may Little Mix come.

“Babies popping one by one.

“They still look like they are having fun.

“Jade’s drinking for all three.”

The Little Mix women laughed this off as they attened their first ceremony since Jesy Nelson’s exit.
