The star explained that she recently had a cancer scare after finding a lump in her breast. Thankfully, the lump turned out to be non-cancerous but it still meant a traumatic operation to remove it.

Fans praised Olivia for her honestly about the ordeal and the star said she’d had lots of messages from fans to say they’d been inspired to get their own breasts.

One fan wrote: “Envy your bravery for your surgery while still awake! You’re amazing.”

Olivia replied: “It ended up being the best decision for me. Been so pleased by the amount of messages from you guys that you have felt inspired to get your breasts checked after watching. [Hands up emojis]”

Another fan asked: “Do you have a scar where they removed the lump?”

Olivia replied: “No I don’t actually, because I already had a scar around my nipple from my breast lift last year so my surgeon just opened up the same area so it looks the same.”

Olivia recently explained the ordeal to fans, saying: “I found a lump at the top of my right breast and it was quite hard and I could really feel it was quite near the surface.

"It’s causing me now quite a lot of pain and discomfort. The chances are it’s going to be nothing, but it still sits a bit in the pit in your stomach."

Olivia posted a photo from her hospital bed back in early October. Telling her fans not to worry at the time, Olivia explained: “Guys, I'm okay. Don't panic.”

"I just had a little procedure – well, not little, medium sized – that I've been putting off for a while. That's been done, I'm okay, I'm out of surgery now.”

"I'm not going to talk about it yet because I've had my crew with me today, so you'll see what's happened and what I chose to do.”

She concluded: "And I'll discuss it in more detail then when it all comes out. There's no point talking about it twice. Just know that I'm okay and thank you for all the love."
