Next Season Of ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ To Feature Virtual Audience
The second season of The Kelly Clarkson Show is set to feature virtual fans as audience. The talk show hosted by pop star Kelly Clarkson is slated to premiere on September 21.
“For the first time ever, fans will have the chance to get a front-row seat as part of the show’s virtual audience from the comfort of their own home,” according to a release. “Season 2 will feature a combination of live and virtual interviews with some of the biggest names in film, television, music and everyday people who are agents of change in their community.”
The production will comply with NBC Universal’s safety guidelines, the CDC guidance, as well as state and local orders.
The program will air five original episodes the week of September 14, as a countdown for the season premiere.
In its first season, “The Kelly Clarkson Show” received three Daytime Emmy wins. Clarkson was also named outstanding entertainment talk show host.
