Strictly’s Motsi Mabuse, 40, has broken her silence on swirling rumours of a feud with her co-star Craig Revel Horwood, 56. It comes after a series of on-air digs left fans convinced there was hostility between the two.
Speaking on Thursday’s Strictly – It Takes Two, host Janette Manrara said: “There is a relationship that I have been in love with this series, that has really blossomed, and that is yours with Mr Craig Revel Horwood.
“You have the most amazing banter, and we have some of your highlights here.”
A montage of quips was played including when Craig told Motsi to “be quiet” because he was “finding it difficult to talk” after Motsi screamed in German through a routine.
In another clip, Motsi told Craig he was “naughty” and “not invited”, to which he mocked: “I’m not inviting Diana Ross either,” referring to Motsi’s hairstyle that night.
A third showed Craig saying he had a headache because of Motsi’s luminous yellow dress.
Motsi laughed and said: “This man and my outfits! We all know you are obsessed with me Craig, we know!”
Laughing hysterically at the clips, the Strictly favourite said she “loves” it and joked: “Ladies and gentlemen, there is an announcement to make, we are getting married!”
Motsi continued: “We have a lot of fun, I absolutely love Craig.
“People sometimes don’t understand it and I’m like, ‘Guys, it’s just, it’s cool!’
“We laugh so much, and we make fun so much.”
The professional dancer then revealed that her relationship with Craig gets even more heated off-screen.
She said: “When the camera is off, we are even worse!

“So, it’s good that those moments get to be seen because it’s just funny.”
Janette asked the judge “how obsessed” Craig is on a scale of one to 10 and joked: “I would say a 10!”
Motsi is gearing up for the Strictly Come Dancing 2021 finale tomorrow night.
Three remaining couples will battle it out for the Glitterball trophy and will each perform three routines in a bid to impress the judges and BBC viewers.
Fighting to be crowned the next Strictly champion is Eastenders actress Rose Ayling-Ellis and her partner Giovanni Pernice, Great British Bake Off winner John Whaite and Johannes Radebe as well as TV presenter AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington.
Rose is the current bookies’ favourite to lift the trophy with odds at 1-8.
AJ Odudu is favourite to come second at 7-1, while John Whaite may come third at 16-1.
Coral’s John Hill explained: “Rose has been the favourite to lift the Glitterball Trophy from very early into this series.
“Our odds suggest she has an 89 per cent chance of winning the final this weekend.
“It will be an early Christmas present for many punters as Rose has been well backed to prevail ever since she stepped foot on the dance floor in week one.”
The Strictly Come Dancing final will air on BBC One tomorrow at 7pm.
