Hugo Hammond has admitted he hopes he can find love when he spends his summer in the Love Island villa this year, adding he would love to bring someone back home to meet his parents.
OK! asked the 24 year old PE teacher from Hampshire whether he is going into the villa to find love, to which confidently he replied: "I'm hoping to find love in the villa.
"After such a crazy 18 months, I feel very lucky to have an opportunity to be in this villa where there's going to be lots singles looking to have a great time and have some fun in the sun."
Hugo went on to add: "So, yeah, I'd love to find love. And hopefully bring back someone lovely to meet my mother and father."
The Love Island star went into detail about what kind of relationship he is looking for, revealing his celebrity couple goals are Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.
"Oh, I love Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's relationship," he said.
"I remember seeing him post on Twitter, Happy Birthday love, but it was just like a photo of himself!"
He laughed before adding: "I could really get on board with that kind of banter. I'm very much kind of looking for that – having a laugh with someone and obviously with the romantic side."
Hugo continued: "But yeah, anything along those lines where you just really enjoy each other's company."
The star went on to address how far he would go with someone on the TV show, stressing he won't unless he has that connection with a girl.
"It's something I've thought about, but I'm not going to say yes.
"I'm not going to say no, because, I don't know who I'm going to meet," he told OK!.
"I don't know if I'm going to have that connection with anyone on there. I'm not going to force anything.
"I'm just going there to have a good time.
"Hopefully I'll meet someone that I really get along with and I can be myself around, and then we will go from there."
Love Island starts at 9pm Monday 28th June on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox
