Kirsty Gallacher, 45, took the high ground when a GB News viewer decided to point out an issue with her appearance. The rude comment came after fellow presenter Nana Akua, shared a sweet snap of her and the fan-favourite broadcaster in the studio, before one onlooker decided to point out what they believed, was a flaw.
Yup we all age sadly!
Posting the photo to Twitter, Nana captioned it: “Looking forward to another #GreatBritishBreakfast @GBNEWS with @TheRealKirstyG.”
Fans gushed over the pair, with one saying: “@TheRealKirstyG hasn’t changed. Not seen her on a TV for aaaages.”
Someone else decided to wade in on the conversation, sharing their unwanted opinion about the former Sky Sports star’s looks.
“She’s aged,” they stated, rudely.
But Kirsty was quick to hit back at the unnecessary remark with a sassy answer.
“Yup we all age sadly!” she retorted, alongside a rolling eye emoji.
The first user came back to defend her, complimenting her appearance: “Some much better than others,” they smiled.
“You are one of the lucky ones.”
But being one of the faces of the new TV channel everyone is talking about, leaves the presenters open to perhaps more criticism from the public.
Recently, Kirsty found herself in the midst of a row with a viewer who claimed she had condoned people not being allowed freedom if they haven’t had the coronavirus vaccine.
After they shared their disgust on Twitter, she defended herself agaisnt the allegation.
Following the official account for GB News shared a clip of the host and Darren McCaffrey discussing travel rules for Brits who have received their jabs, one took offence to something that was said.

“Utterly disgraceful & abhorrent views from @DarrenGBNews & @TheRealKirstyG on @GBNEWS,” they penned.
“We’re perfectly happy for some people to be denied their unalienable civil rights & allow the creation of an apartheid state because I had the vaccine so I could go on f****** holiday.”
Kirsty was quick to dispute their remark, replying: “I absolutely did not say that.
“Please get your facts right. We were merely documenting the government’s proposal. I actually have strong views to the contrary.”
In the clip that was shared by the news channel, Darren can be heard saying: “We know the vaccines work, we know this is our ticket back to pretty much normality.”
He noted that the 19 July should be the date lockdown is completely over, adding: “If that’s the compromise, and if you’re not willing to have the vaccine, maybe you shouldn’t have as many freedoms!”
Kirsty could be heard humming in agreement, as he continued: “Why should everybody hold us back?”
“Originally I was very against it, it’s very private,” she interjected.
“I was like, ‘Why should I be tracked in that way?’ But now I feel like it’s going to be the only way to travel, to get around, to get out there. For now anyway.”
