He doubled the space in 2006 when he purchased an adjoining unit and combined the two into a massive one-bedroom apartment.

The West Houston Street apartment boasts 2,427 square feet of space and features dozens of tall windows that help light up the room.

The apartment was listed by Emily Beare of CORE Real Estate, and the space was originally designed by Italian architect Claudio Silvestrin.

The designer is renowned for his stylishly minimalist spaces and nearly all-white color schemes, which match well with the Jesus Walks rapper’s penchant for neutral colors.

Fitting for the former apartment of a musician, the SoHo condo includes custom audio features.

Despite its minimalist vibe, the space still features plenty of luxuries, including pearwood cabinets, automatic window shades and floors of French limestone.

Kanye and his wife Kim Kardashian currently live in a similarly minimalist mansion in Calabasas, California, though for years they kept its interior design out of the public eye.

It wasn’t until the Monster rapper tweeted out photos of their home that the couple began sharing greater glimpses into their home.

Kim and Kanye worked with Belgian architect Axel Vervoordt to remodel the home in 2017, and they moved into the redone space in December of that year.

While out of the house, their family took up residence with Kim’s mother Kris Jenner.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Kanye had purchased an enormous 4,500 square-foot ranch in Cody, Wyoming, only about 50 miles from Yellowstone National Park.

He previously spent time in the Equality State in 2018 while recording his mini-album Ye in Jackson Hole.
