Holly Willoughby shares adorable Christmas Day snap with her new puppy Bailey
Holly Willoughby has shared a new adorable festive snap of herself cuddling up to her new puppy Bailey.
Taking to her Instagram on Christmas Day, Holly, 40, wished her 7.5million followers a "Merry Christmas" as she posted the cute photo.
The festive snap shows a smiling Holly wearing red lipstick and her signature blonde hair half up as she wears a white jumper with tiny pearls.
The latest addition to the family, golden retriever puppy Bailey, also looks dressed up and ready for the festive celebrations with an adorable red velvet bow tie.
In the background, the star's incredible Christmas tree can be seen and she captioned the photo with: "Merry Christmas to you and yours…" followed by a heart and paw emojis.
The This Morning star's fans flocked to the post to wish the blonde beauty a Merry Christmas.
One wrote: “Merry Christmas Holly” followed by a Christmas tree emoji.
While a second penned: “Merry Christmas” with a Father Christmas emoji and a Christmas tree emoji.
A third added: “Happy Christmas xx” followed by a heart eyes emoji.
Holly welcomed the new member into her family last month – saying her daughter Belle, 10, persuaded her to get a dog.
Writing on her lifestyle brand website, the TV host said her family had welcomed a new golden retriever named Bailey.
"Bailey came into our life this month and has changed everything," Holly explained on the November edition ofWylde Moon.
She continued: "My daughter has been campaigning for us to get a dog since she was able to talk, and we have been waiting for the right time for a dog to fit into our family life."
The post was accompanied by a series of pictures of the young dog.

She added: "Now, is that time. This little ball of scrumptious energy bounded into our world and immediately made us question why on earth we have waited so long."
The ITV presenter added: "She’s been brilliant for getting us all out of the house, going on long walks and playing in the garden.
"During lockdown, the kids gravitated to being on screens more than normal, but Bailey has come in and pushed a giant paw-shaped, reset button for all us…and of course we are completely in love.”
